A Tabata and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) timer. Use it for any interval training.
Features programmable Work, Rest and Number of Intervals as well as an audible ping to let you know when the interval changes. You can start and stop your session and the timer will pick up where you left off and there is a Red, Green, Orange display above the timer for extra visual reference of which portion of the interval you are in (Work or Rest). There is a 5 second count in so you can hit the start button and then get yourself ready before starting your workout.
